Do republicans want terrorists to attack if the Dems win?

Republicans say CONSTANTLY that we will definitely be attacked if democrats are in power. This is disturbing no? And please no angry irrational answers...seriously I've been watching ALL News shows especially Fox News, and it is said quite often. Is it for the told you so effect or truth?

of course they don't want terorrists to attack our country. that would be treason! what kind of question is that? it is a fair point that for all this talk about losing ground inthe wart on terror, the fact remains there has not been a single terrorist attack on US soil since sept. 11, 2001. meanwhile there have been multiple terrorist (and specifically al qaeda) attacks all over the world, most notably in Madrid and London. So it's not as if the terrorists haven't been trying. The Republicans are aying that they have clearly done a good job in protecting our country, and if it ain't broke, don't fix it by putting the democrats into power. The Democrats might make our borders less secure whilst claiming that they are enhancing civil liberties.

Quite the contrary. They do justly feel, that if the democrook hypocrats (and their neo-socialists partners) that now control the once wonderful Democrat party, gain control of both the house and senate at this time, that many of the programs that have kept us safe since 9/11, will be rolled back. There just are too many of their leaders that (for political reasons at best) just do not understand that this war from terrorists is a world war, from the battle fields in Afghanistan and Iraq, to the islands of Indonesia and else where.

The Republicans and Democrats really don't care what we think.
They are all fat cats living the high life no matter what party they belong to.
They ALL get along with each other
They have fabricated this war of the parties so we can be divided and argue amongst ourselves so we don't see the real crime they are ALL committing which is screwing us over while they ALL get richer.
Do not be fooled by the Democrat who says he cares for you because all he cares about as his pocket.
The same goes for the Republican who promises a better economy for us.
They are ALL getting richer while we argue about each parties platforms.
We are being deceived by the greed of both parties.

Of course not! Conservatives don't want another terrorist attack no matter who's in charge! We just believe that if Dems are in control it will make it easier for another attack to occur. Personally I don't think dems are very strong on issues of defense and I think our enemies know this.

They say they have a better way...bu the only way I can determine from their speaking points...is look the other way and maybe they may go away.

Of course they do. Human lives have not meant much lately. Send troops into a country that has no WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION. Use more soldiers to secure oil fields than embassies. Sending more people into a land than no longer wants us there.

All the while, stripping our citizens of human rights.
