They're divorcing.
She's claiming he beat her up.
She's claiming he beat his previous wife up.
He changed the locks on the house he's living in and she had her bodyguard break in, and just laughed at the police when they turned up.
She once stole a journalists articles and claimed they were hers to try to get work.
Basically she's turned out to be a nutter as he was warned before they married

I feel so badly for poor Paul. As everyone has already mentioned, they are getting divorced, and this golddigger is claiming that he was abusive. Sorry, but I will never believe in a million years that one of the most sweet and loving men ever to exist and live on this Earth is abusive in any way. The Beatles were about peace and loving one another. Every action that Paul McCartney takes is for the good of humanity. Anyone that is a true fan of The Beatles and Paul McCartney himself would know this and wouldn't have a doubt in their mind that her statement is just to milk money out of him. Everything is dollars and cents to these people that marry celebrities. For that reason, I do carry a little bit of pity for the wealthy out there (the ones that do not deserve being used, that is). Linda was perfect for Paul and truely had feelings for him. If I were him, I wouldn't remarry. If he really feels the need to remarry, he should go for a fine lady his own age. These young leeches today have dollar signs in their eyes when they see him and other wealthy gentlemen. I wish that he would have listened to his kids--they were apparently right about this slum. He will make it though. I am sure that no greedy woman is going to take away the happiness and joy that lives within him and that he brings to the world! Paul McCartney is awesome!

They are getting a divorce, why i do not know.
I've heard rumors that apparently he was really controlling and would never give his wife any money, and she had to beg him for money just to buy groceries. I feel really sorry for her if this is the case, and i certainly don't blame her for getting a divorce.
