permanent suspension...or are you allowed back in a specified time (like a jail sentence)...or are you forbidden from ever using that avatar again?...do you lose all your points? anybody know these answers?...trying to get yahoo to actually talk to you is a pretty impossible task.(I sometimes think that there really is nobody at Y/answers --it's all just computer generated...and the suspensions sometimes seem to take place at random or on someone's whim)...

that's a good question. and, do they ever go by email or ip address? it seems a lot of the most aggressive abusers keep coming back over and over, and have just changed their name somehow. do they have multiple email accounts that they use as well?

It really is getting silly.

I've had several questions deleted....a couple I understand and a couple that were completely innocent. The last one was about this very topic...Random Deletions and suspensions...question was deleted and of course nobody is home at Yahoo

My bf's account was "suspended" several months ago, and he cannot use it ever again. He even called Yahoo! customer care. Yes he had some silly questions and answers, but his email account was deleted.. his email account which contained all the emails his family and I sent him while he was in Iraq for a year. He'll never get that back.

I hope this helps, a spammer on here, uses multiple ID's, I'm sure at some point you can be removed completely, however, you probably could create another e-mail address, and ID like the afore mentioned spammer.

A lot depends on the ‘seriousness’ of the offence, and how often it is committed !!!

I believe you would do much better, if you asked this question in the Forum…

getting Yahoo to talk to you is impossible.

From what I understand, you are suspended the first time, but everything remains in limbo.

Continued violations get you kicked off and you lose everything
