if you're thinking of the same thing i am, it was an older black female that was singing to the little girl about "sticks of candy, one for you, one for me and one for sister" something or other. lol. i remember that because she sang the line twice, but changed one or two words the second time, and that always bugged me for some reason. lol.

the group who did the song "candy" is cameo. they had a bigger hit with "word up".
