Get one of those things out of the garden department that rolls it up. I don't know what they are called but they are green and you can wined it up..

A hose bag? I think you might actually be serious so I will do my best to give you a real answer. I would try Home Depot or Sears, some place like that has to have a "hose bag". They also make things that you can coil a hose around, kinda like the thing for your vacuum cord.
