put a coat on him that looks like soil with seeds on it, and have him carry a watering can. then he can pretend to water himself, and open his coat to reveal sprouts, flowers, little cartoon bugs, maybe some veggies and fruits, and sunshine. i'd think you could just buy some felt at a craft store, or walmart, and use a glue gun to do the whole thing. i'd imagine you could do it on the cheap that way too.

Birds and Bees. Budding flowers. I can't think of much to keep him from looking feminite, but at that age it isn't thought of like that, it's thought of as cute, but you could probably do something witty and not too racey with birds and bees.
Also, baseball players begin their season during the spring months.

well bless him, what an original idea- I don't know..kinda of something green with flowers, birds, butterflies, an umbrella? I'll bet he grows up to and goes into a very creative carreer.

How about dress like when you going to Easter party? khaki pants, white shirts and blazer with Easter basket??? maybe carry flowers too?

bright green leaves, eggs hatching, baseball stuff, shamrocks, easter eggs or bunny, BBQ
I would dress him in solid color shorts and t-shirt (probably bright green) for a plain background and then attach the objects or pictures of them to his clothes.
