My wife is 6 months pregnant and she is real dizzy, she already ate thinking that would solve it. Is this normal? What would cause her to be dizzy? Is it an emergency?

It can be perfectly normal. Her hormones are out of whack and her blood flow is a bit different, but I agree with the above answer. If you think it would ease your mind, make a trip to the doctor, but being dizzy during pregnancy is not unusual.

Could be anything from blood sugar to blood pressure. Best to have her visit the doctor it it persists. Good luck!

Can you page your doctor or midwife? If so, do it now. If not, go to the ER. This could be very serious.
