What if your mom aborted you? We wouldn't be talking now.

That question has to be answered by the person thinking about it.
It depends on why. If the mother feels that she needs an abortion, then is OK........
However, an abortion should only be done under the advise of a doctor, and performed by a Medical doctor...otherwise, it could be bad, life threatening.
Sorry I could not give you a more direct answer.

"Good" and "Bad" are objective, based off of the opinion of the individual. Events simply happen, and it's up to those who encounter it to deem it either acceptable or unacceptable. Those who practice any Christian-based faith will tell you it's bad, as they follow the word of the Bible. Those who practice no faith--and even a select few who do beleive in a higher power, but not necessarilly God--may or may not give the same answer.

Grey area? What if the embryo was conceived as the result of rape or incest? What if the baby's presence jeapordizes the health of the mother? What if the baby--as revealed by ultrasound--is highly deformed and would not likely survive delivery? The expectant mother has some tough choices to make; dispite what anyone else thinks about the situation.

Good, bad... you decide.

I don't think abortion is the answer unless the woman is at risk for any serious complications. Also, abortion is killing a child in my opinion. But, of course, if its a child we are talking about to have an abortion because of a rape, then I would think that abortion is the answer. This child who was raped or molested, etc. probably is way too young to have a child. She probably couldn't afford this child, and on top of that, she probably is way to young to even know how to care properly for a baby. Babies need alot of TLC, and if a child has a baby, that baby would not be able to be taken care of properly. There are too many "unwanted" children out there which is very very sad.

it depends on the person. You should NEVER be able to use abortion as birth control. My friend had a abortion she was rape. She wasn't ready for a baby and couldn't see herself with one. I can understand that.

It depends on if you're comfortable or not with taking a human life. Abortion stops a beating heart.

both. you'll get alot of anti abortionists and pro choice people arguing on that one.

I say both cause I believe it's good in that it prevents unwanted children, but bad in that it takes a life and also has become a way of birth control rather than abstinance.

Its not good...I am not completely against it. It depends on the situation the girl or woman may be in. I do believe if its going to be done, it needs to be done early on.

Just my opinion.
