Depends on what the movie is really about. If it will be a war-based movie, "Dust" would be appropriate. However, if you want to show Iraq as another documentary showcasing her people and customs, I'd look for some word that describes Iraq in their native language, or just use "Iraq."

All of the above are good but I personally would call it George Bush's folly. You could make it a story of his failed presidency. His criminal behavior, his inhumanity, and his fondness for the very rich. The war could be the center piece of this movie. I sure hope the horror ends the 8th of November.
