When my husband proposed, I was ecstatic. When two of my ex-boyfriends proposed (even after I told one I didn't see a future in the relationship and he proposed and bought a ring anyway), I was mortified. It all depends on how the girl perceives you.

I think if it happens the way all girls imagine it to be(like in fairy-tale) than any girl would feel some kind of orgasm, and relief that it finally happened to her too.I`ve experienced it myself few weeks ago, OHhhhh, I pleased him later the way he thought I never could.

depends on the girl.
if she loves the guy who's proposing to her, then she feels good. if she doesn't know the guy very well and he's proposing to her, she will probably think he's weird and won't like it.
