Yea right and get a full view of what is for sale?your are never given the full view of the market. Yep that is how they have shorted the market and drove up prices, with high returns that started a race of investors and flippers to even further jack up the prices, what do you know now we have a big bubble that is going to break and fast.

There is not a signal web site that have all the bank rope's, nor is the a web site that has all of what is of sale since there are several MLS and heck till lately there are many that would not even use the MLS they called that my exclusive listings.

This why why i think it is a good idea to have county ran MLS that are publicly assessable and mandatory for all property transactions. What a Thought to have a housing market with full disclosure that is fare and honest. Check out this web site it tells the full story.

I do not know of any ONE site but there are a few different sites. Check out the sites of the various secondary mortgage market, i.e., FHA, VA, Fanniemae (FNMA), FreddieMac (FHMLC). You can also call a few real estate offices in the area that you may be interested and ask the agent if there is anyone in the office who works the foreclosure market. There are usually a few offices in every area and it just takes a few phone calls to find them. If you are interested in my area, you can e-mail me for more information.

Yes, there are a lot of sites out there that give you detailed information on houses that have been reposseseed or are about to be. Are you looking for a home in the UK? Hence the term flat?

If you are looking in the US I would check out foreclosure.com they have more listings than foreclosures.com.

Happy hunting.

I am afraid not so in the Singapore context.

Usually, you only have privy to such info if you have friends who are bankers etc..

Alternatively, you could hire a good real estate agent who might just be able to do that since I am sure they have the contacts.

Good luck!
