Oh No,..

I have some clothes with Paint on them that I have been washing for years and the paint is still there.

I can warn you: Paint Thinner THINS paint... so do not try that... it will liquify the paint... makeing it leak, spread, and soak into more of the Jeans,.. it can also damage your jeans.

I am sorry I can not tell you how to remove it.

Nearly every paint container is going to have instructions for removing and thinning that particular kind of paint; however there are a couple things that people have found useful when it comes to paint that has set in on your clothes.

Hairspray
If the paint has dried completely on the clothing, need not worry, get a bottle of hairspray, spray it directly on the paint and get a steel wool and scrub. NB:make sure it is ok fabric to use the steel wool on. (12/09/2005)

AND

Rubbing Alcohol - people on this site, if the hairspray didn't work, they went this route.

Here's hoping one of these options works out for you; good luck!

try using a thinner or gasoline. just scrub it gently to the area where it has the stain. the thinner you can buy at any hardware store. good luck on those jeans

If it's latex, it will wash out with water and soap...... wash them by themselves.
Oil, make them into paint pants.
