No and I don't think it matters which country starts it, it is wrong. I don't like nukes, I think they are one of the worst things that has ever been invented.

Well since I live near a primary target, I am not too eager for it to happen. I won't be bothered if it did occur either. I'll be dead or very close to it for a while and then dead. Personally, I think I will be better off than those who survive a nuclear war.
I lived with the fear of nuclear war long enough. Then I understood the acronym MAD (mutually assured destruction) and I realized nobody would ever launch warheads at us out of fear of the retaliation. Ever since then I found the philosophy of "peace through military might" reasuring.

I think it would be horrible for another atomic bomb to go off much less start a war. And as far as which country starts it I do not know but I do know who will end it.
