Not even close, though it might take awhile. jones would have to avoid the lunging bear hug attempts, then he would go all "sugar ray" over the big man............not pretty!

Oh man, Roy Jones Jr. would waste Shaq. Shaq is a big dumb behemoth who is slow. It would take some time because the pain would take a little while to set in, but Shaq would lose without a doubt.

Shaq would win. Not only does roy jones jr. give up the height and reach advantage, shaq weighs more. He would palm his head and slam dunk him. I don't know of many people who would take out shaq unless they were an experienced ufc fighter.
