That there's no insulation or at the very least not enough insulation in your apartment, house, etc.
It could have been the humidity went down and the wind picked up rather quickly.
It's time for hot Coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate.
It's time to turn the thermostat to heat and warm the place up.
It's time for flannels and warmer footwear.

There are draft pockets in the baseboards of the floor. I have that problem. Windows and doors may not be shut tightly also.

The last time that happened to me my grandfather tore down the house i grew up in my mother committed suicide and lots of freaky stuff happened like that it is really spooky
