Which weather temperature is easier to work in for the average person ?

Cold winter for me is the easiest to work in.
I work in an office with only 2 windows, and there is never any breeze in summer, plus we don't have AC.
No matter how many fans we bring in, it is always a hothouse in there.
Besides the hot air, we have computers, monitors, DVR's, etc., all of which produce an enormous amount of heat.
At least when it's cold, we can close the windows and turn up the heater.

For the average person if there is such a thing it's the winter cold because at least then you can work up some heat for yourself or bundle up. Basically there are things we can do to help with adjusting to our likes.
With the summer heat there is not to much you can do to accomidate.

Up here in AK, we regularly work in 0 to 20 below in winter. Summer's are a little milder, but usually pretty rainy.
I'd rather work in 20 below, than 90+ any day.
