I am curious on creating a political party for technocrats. How would I go about creating this as a formal party, if not to run for office, but to at least influence others in the views of technology?

If you want to get the word out and inform people on what you want you can myspace it, blog it, group it and major advertising threw word of mouth on the net.

You can make any political party you want. As far as the following however that will take advertising, networking, and support.

1st you need tons of money. Then you need to attract followers. If you have enough of those, circulate petitions to get on the ballots in as many states as possible. Have fun!
