what vegitables can i feed my plecos? ive only been feeding them cucumbers.. theyre diets need variety! what eles?

You can feed them all kinds of greens, you can buy algae paste, or algae pealets.

Spinach is really good for them.Blanch it in boiling water for a few minutes,cool,and watch them go crazy.Algae wafers from the pet store and canned peas are good ,too.They will also nibble on water plant that you can buy at most pet stores.Some good ones are elodea and anacharis.

You can basically give any green veggies like lettuce and cucumber or you can try carrots.
