You could get a job at Boulder County Government, Colorado! We have Oracle Financials used for billing and Finance, and we are building an in-house Oracle based Payroll system. We have a Telecom department as well, and every business needs telecom support.

Your skills sound "big company", so look for corporations or government offices that are hiring for IT positions.
