Haha, yeah, I've gotten adult trick-or-treaters before. Well, they were like 18 or 19, but that's still way to old to be doing that. I'm 17, haven't trick-or-treated since I was 11. I just said hi to them, gave them some candy, laughed and smiled as they flirted with me and wished them a happy Halloween. It's pretty weird to be doing that at that age but I guess they just wanted to have fun.

I got a lot of adult trick or treaters this year. It is a growing practice.

I would give them candy, but I haven't gotten any trick or treaters where I live.

Yes I have and I treat them as any other trick or treater. Because you don't know that Halloween may or may not be their birthday and trick or treating may be one way they celebrate. It's a fun time for everyone.

We wnt t o t to a friends house with glasses (for a drink) on the way home we saw a friend run around the side of her house wearing a trench coat. She went to her front door and when her husband opened the door, she thru open the coat and yelled trick or treat. Her husband got a delighted look on his face, pulled her into the house, closed the door and turned off the porch light. so, there are 2 ideas.

I give them candy but usually it's the yuckiest I have on hand. Candy canes from last Christmas maybe. I like them to have a good time but I really don't like to encourage adults or older teens.

Yes omg it's like hello too old aren't you? and then you feel sorry for them so you have to give them something well at least I did but people also say i'm too nice LOL

i get older kids who look way too old to stil lbe trick-or-treating. but i usually just give them candy anyway! if they spent all that time getting a costume together with school and activities and everything, they deserve a little sugar!
