can someone tell me how time affected the building of it and control??? please help ive been searching for 4 hours and i havent found anything
on yahoo, google or ask

+ OK here is your link below. Tells the whole story. What I bet you don't know is that the first transcontinental railroad was not in the United States and it was completed and fully functional 15 years before the US one was completed.
