Salt and pepper aren't interchangeable! he he.
But pepper is more exciting than salt. If I had to be on an island I'd choose the pepper.

Salt, salt, and more salt. If I can't find table salt I'll use roadsalt. I'm a junkie. Need that salt fix. I coat my steak till it's white. Grosses out everyone I know. Sorry. It's beyond my control.
