Everyone has their reasons...
People cannot judge people for having an abortions to a certain extent. But it's a real touchy subject that will be debated until the end of time. But it's funny how people will protest pro life, but they will complain about paying tax dollars for welfare, medicaid, or day care for a needy child/family.Or they won't adopt the child.. But I'm not saying that every woman who doesn't want kids should get it, but there are millions of people that abuse, rape, murder, solicit, and molest their children, but their alive and without a voice or a hand to help them, and they're scarred for life. So does that make that okay because they didn't get aborted? And if anyone thinks it's a trip to Disney land for the woman that goes through it, you're sadly mistaken. I am not condoning abortion, but you don't know until you are in another woman's shoes for their reasoning, but at the same token it shouldn't be used for birth control. And what about Asian countries that have forced abortions because of population control.... everyone needs to look at the issue from each perspective instead of the obvious part of the termination. Because it's still not set in stone that in what stage is clear that an embryo is a viable life form... That is that woman's individual business because it is her body, unless everyone is going to adopt an unwanted child, or foot the bill out their own pocket, then don't just speak the It's just wrong speech... Come with some more substance.

I just watched the video yesterday!!! How strange that I'm answering this question today. Wow. The video is mainly of this doctor. He was pro choice in the 60's but he is against abortion now. The video was made in the 80's and it shows an abortion on an ultrasound. The doctor sits next to the tv and points out what is going on as it happens. Then after the procedure he speaks about abortion. The ultrasound is in black and white so it makes it a little less graphic, but you can in fact see the baby being ripped apart and finally the tiny little head is crushed and pulled out. It is heart wrenching.
P.S. WOW adversary! That was great! (I have such a hard time finding what I need in the bible right when I need it so it was great to see all of that! Thanks)

I am pro-choice, but I don't agree with the current point at which a woman can have an abortion. I haven't done a heck of a lot of research on the subject yet, but I already am familiar with the fact that after a certain point, the baby has formed enough to have limbs and so forth, and having a still-birth abortion is terrible. I have a friend who was considering an abortion after a month and a half, but that is really early. I say change the law to force the choice earlier in the pregnancy.

I watched that movie when I was in highschool. I went to a christian highschool so of course they were against abortion there. Had to have parent's permission to watch the movie. I don't remember all of it since it was so long ago, but I do remember seeing dead baby parts in white buckets. And also the ultra sound of the baby who was being aborted. His or her little mouth opened up as if in 'pain' when the doctor was taking him or her apart piece by piece. Horrible.

I watched it. I have also watched home videos make by a friend in Iraq as babies are being killed not only by our troops, but the Iraqi's as well. Killing is kill no matter how you end up that way.
What is wrong? It is human nature - sad but true. As far as abortion, it is killing? I don't claim to be god so I don't know.

I'm from South Dakota. So I hear about this topic a lot these days! I'm pro-choice and i believe it's okay when necessary. Believe it or not, not everyone can afford to have a baby. Financially, Emotionally, and/ or Physically.

this is a horrible debate.....
The entire idealist philosophy of moral is exaggerated by religion. Why would they do that? Have you even be raped and not wanted to have the son/daughter of someone who violated you?
What if you can't afford a baby and if they were born they might force you and your baby into poverty, possibly killing the both of you in the process?
Think about all the situations before you blatantly shout out your definitive answer.
