She is a boss at work and gives out*** seems like I'm supposed to take it to. not true.

talk to her about it. i think she should be aware that nothing is more important than her family. Money does not bring happines. if u lose ur family, then why in the hell would u want ur money anymore.
Tell her how her family/u feel about her working all the time and not being able to spend anytime with u guys/ her family.

Talk to her. Tell her how you feel. If she's a good sister, she'll understand your feelings. Communicate that you miss her, support her that being the boss is tough but could you help her relax at home so that she's not so tough at home?

Should support her and sympathy her circumstance, she has a generous heart to take that job, and then one day she will arrange time for you

(My humble opinion)
Help her to better SCHEDULE her days.
Help her view each day's TIME SLOT as 09:00->05:00 is WORK TIME and anything after or before that 8 hour span is to be PERSONAL / FAMILY time.

She's your sister...why should she make time for you? She has her life and you have yours.
