My friends and I would totally like to recommend ProActive. It makes your face so clear and smooth, and the mask quickly takes away the redness of already existing pimples, and shrinks your pores - you'll notice a difference by the next day (and KEEP seeing that positive difference). We've been using it for years and still love it!
People will be commenting on your lovely skin after you've been using it for a short while..

~Best of luck~

PS. (I really hope you'll try it!)

The best thing to do is to wait until the pus rises to the surface, pop it with a sterilized needle, then dab it with hydrogen peroxide or Seabreeze (astringent). I use this method, and it works.

If the pus is not coming to the surface, use a hot, wet wash cloth to make the pore widen. If the zit hurts, use ice to calm the pain.

Another product you could try is Campophenique, once you have popped the zit. It is used to get rid of the infection.

You could also try an astringent to dry out the zit.

As for your back, I recommend getting someone to rub astringent on your zits. You can also use a loofa (with a handle) and a good soap. Keeping your back clean and oil free will decrease your chances of getting zits.

Good luck!

I have that problem too Well I put Zest Soap bars on my face and back and let it dry overnight and in the morning I take a shower to take it off. Also you might have a hormone imbalance like me. I take some vitamins to help me regulate my hormones. My mom bought them for me and it says that it can regulate your hormone level in 6 months.

Try benzyl peroxide 5% (not sure about the spelling). That's the cream my doctor prescribed for me and it seems to be working.
