router and card for dell inspiron 5100 or what will work for this.help

It dose not matter who is the manufacturer of the hardware. They all follow specific standards i.e. 802.11B is the standard for 11 Mbps. 802.11G is 54 Mbps etc. They are also backwards compatible. 802.11b card can work with 802.11G router, operating at the speed of the slower of the two.

Yes just make sure they all A/B/G compatable and if the router is new its a G band

Any of them work! Just get the right A/B/G bands.

any router will work on pc even one for $14.99 from walmart thats 54mbps but that only meens it can take upto 54mbps
