Can anyone please tell me how to embed a song (in HTML) onto my myspace page?

The song is saved on my computer, but i also have a web address for the song, is there anyway i can use HTML code to embed the song to play one time automatically when you visit my page? BTW- the song IS NOT on myspace music! please help!!!

Go to http://www.poqbum.com/default.html
I used Fileden.com to upload my songs to.

Work only with Ie

in personalyse, go down until the background option
then u can put the url of your song
