Your video card is the problem. It is an integrated video card, therefore it uses your processor to think, and steals your system RAM to do it's work. As a result gaming can slow down your entire PC.

The only way to permanently fix the problem is to buy a new video card. Adding RAM will only help a little since your Sempron processor isn't strong enough to handle the drain that the integrated video puts on it.

Aint sure what the game requirements are but many things can cause problems. It could be sound or video problems, it could be that you are running too many other apps in the background! Your system has ? megs of ram but you need to consider that some of your system operations are also using this. I never buy software unless I have the recommended system requirements! Not just the minimum. You might also try reducing sound and video acceleration in directx. Turn down some of your games graphic options. Buy more ram. Make sure your audio and video drivers are up to date and last but not least, check the game manufacturer for patches.
