I give my honest opinion. Sometimes it's from self experience. You can't always co-sign with people, especially when they are wrong.
I believe those asking the questions, are really looking for honest answers. They don't know us so why ask, if they wanted someone to co-sign with them, they could just get someone they already know for that.
Honesty is always the best policy, either they take it or leave it.
