I wanna go as Mystique for a halloween party.....any suggestions on how to make it work?

I assume that I will go nude in body paint....right?

paint yourself blue and dye your hair orange
edit: well you wouldn't have to go nude you could paint tight clothing or where all blue clothing but the tighter the better because mystique 's body is very tight and form-fitting...but then again you could go nude with body paint it is totally up to what you are comfortable with doing

This is a tough one. I suggest a blue turtle neck with blue pants (or thick blue tights). Blue boots, and blue face painting. For the details, I suggest either ribbon, sharpie, or silly string. Face paint will work for your face.
As for your hair... I really don't know. This is a tough one, and working for a theatre company, I should be more creative then this.
You might want to concider a different costume. And I've been dying to share this idea: going to a party "cute as a button". Wear buttons everywhere, button earrings, buton shoes, and you have an instatnt costume. Cute as a button :)

You can use Liquid Latex in blue - it's pretty expensive though, it might be cheaper to just buy tights and a leotard...
