i missed last weeks ( tuesday @ 10 ) what happend?

It started with the plastic surgery addicted patient coming back to get Christian to agree to do her face lift should she die. She wanted to look her best in her coffin. He agreed.

Meanwhile Shawn is having difficulty getting Julia to consent to Connors surgery. She is beginning to trust the nurse more and more. He gives her books on the subject of infant pain and shows up at her request to the surgical consult over the baby's surgery. Later, he tries to quit but she won't let him and then they kiss.

Shawn is exorcising his own demons over being born with a cleffed pallate and having to have plastic surgery as a boy. His father didn't want to spend the college money to pay for the surgery, and when the mother did it, the father walked out on Shawn and her.

At a restaurant Shawn gets upset when a boy is talking about Connor and so he punches out the boys's father. He apologizes to the man at the ball park remembering back to the days when he so wanted to play little leagu but his father didn't want him to be made fun of. At any rate, he may get sued over that one.
As for the rich lady, she convinced Christian to do her eulogy as well. He tried to keep her spirits up, but she was ready to die. He went to visit her twice but on the second trip she died. He fixed up her body and prepared the eulogy, but when he arrived at the funeral home It was just him and her care giver, who found out that the lady gave up her money to charity to perform plastic surgery, so she set up for a liposuction with Christian. Christian started the eulogy but wound up just talking to the corpse. In his mind he could hear her singing to him, she fancied herself Burt Bacharach's singer. Burt made a couple of cameos in the episode in dream sequences.

After Shawn confesses his secret of the cleffed palate to Julia she agrees to the surgery. Christian, Shawn, and the specialist. They work on the boy's hands and when the surgery is over you see Shawn holding Connor adoringly to show his love is real.

I am a severe nip/tuck fan. Julia kissed the little short man and he told her he had to quit being there. shawn told julia he had a cleft lip when he was little and julia agreed to let him do the finger serjury on the baby.
