If its gonna be a tuff fight, and a draw at the end of te day. Spidey and batman will work on a win- win situation, he'll spin his famous web. Plus batman will even let him do so in his posh caves hideout.
That will catch on some fat flies, and dumb turkeys get right smack in the web and make a BB'Q feast..Ymm Yum!

Batman. (thou spiderman is my favorite of all time). Batman is rich and can just hire someone to kill him b4 the fight even starts, for example M.J., she needs money for acting, and i dont exactly see peter pulling in the dough.

I'm more of a Superman fan but Batman comes in a close second and Spider a third. Batman is cunning and while he has no superpowers he has endless gizmo's and cunning that can get him out of any trouble.
