How long does it take you to acclimate to the change in hours?

Me, I'm still waking up at 4 a.m.

Too long. I didn't want to go to the gym because it was already dark.

It will take a week to 10 days. Like you, I'm waking up at 4:00! I get hungry for lunch at 11:30.

Look at it this way. Do you have a difficult time adjusting to the time change in the spring?? I guess it is because it gets dark earlier in the fall.

This is my time change. It takes me three weeks to adjust to the daylight savings time change. I love this one. It must be because we are all on our own time balance.

Doesnt bother me...i hate sunlight. i am much better in the dark..NOT a daywalker at all.

ain't no problem with that when you are living near the equator where you'll have almost equal daytime and nighttime.
