When Mexicans become the majority in a few years. The census bureau has made it clear that by 2040 or so whites will be the minority, will you support Affirmitive Action for us then?

Will they also be in the White house, the majority in Congress and the Senate and the deciding votes in the Supreme Court? Will they control the majority of America's money? Being an ethnic majority does not automatically place you in the seat of power. Look at the recently aparthide free country of South Africa. Whether you consider it good, bad or are indifferent, white America will most likely still hold the reigns when Mexican-Americans become the ethnic majority. Why are you so afraid of change? I wonder if Native Americans felt the same way when Europe invaded.

I'm not so sure that Mexicans will become the majority. A lot of people would like to believe that, but I don't. Affirmative Action applies to everyone; whites, blacks, latinos, asians -- everyone who lives in the United States.
Incidentally, I worked for the Equal Opportunity Commission, and we had just as many job and racial discrimination suits toward the whites as we did among the minorities.
