I'm assuming you want a free game?
In that case you may want to try out some of the alternative pay style games such as Flyff (Fly For Fun) These games provide a fairly good quality of game for no cost to players who do not desire to pay. They get their money from selling specific items/things in game for real life money. You, however, do not need to purchase these things.
IMO, the best MMO of all time is Asheron's Call. It's a 7 year old game but it has a great and still active community. This game costs $12.95 a month to play. Keep your eyes open if you're interested, there should be a free trial starting up in November.

Ragnarok online is a very good game and its free. But the only problem is that you have to download a file. But its worth it. I recommend that you go for it and try it once. the website is

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multi player game also.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.

hi there, i recomend Guildwars, its free play online upon purchase of the game. its at its 2nd expansion, newest being nightfall. fun fun fun.
warning: highly addictive.
anarchy and eve online also received good reviews but you have to download.
