then u will understand y they have to be adjusted.
i at least try to do it as discreetly as i can, but it HAS to be done.

Men who are bored look for a distraction and the behavior is more a way to kill a moment than to do any serious adjustment. It is like flicking a cigarette to look cool. This is primping which is a form of insecurity,it does not get anything done except to display to others your feelings.Body language is mostly subconscience if someone is confused they will scratch their head so scratching your crotch shows what they are thinking. This is a signal that they act before thinking which dangerous thugs do and females who want a thug view as a signal.Women send signals perhaps this is what caused the men all around you to reply. If you have colored hair you are like a lighthouse so the ships will aim for safe harbor.

Why do some women wear red lipstick in public? Why do some women wear short skirts in public? Why do some women get breast enhancements and strut them proudly in public? Why do some women bare their shapely abs with low-slung hip-huggers?
Is it the end of the world if they don't? And do women HAVE to do this? Disgusting.
You're right, BOTH genders behave like pigs in public. To suggest that one gender does while one doesn't would be an expression of BIAS. And we can't have BIAS in this country now, can we? After all, we're FAIR AND BALANCED.

Well...yes it is the end of the world (sometimes) if it does not get fixed... There are a myriad of different scenarios requiring attention. Most of which, the immediacy for relief overpowers any discretion or proper manner.
There is also some developmental issues with young (and then older) men where the constant contact with the member is a physical comfort and reassurance...it is a strange manifestation for self-esteem and comfort issues, but true nonetheless.

Some times it can get really uncomfortable "down there" and things simply must be moved around but I personally try not to "adjust" myself in public. It is probably similar to when Women adjust their bras in public, it's not something that all women do and they probably only do it when it is getting really uncomfortable.

You must live in an area with a lot of vulgar men..
I NEVER "adjust myself" in public - if feel the need to do some "repositioning" I find a private place (like a men's room) and take care of that...

It starts from when they are babies...I'm not kidding. My son is almost 2 and I have caught him a few times with his hand in his diaper just "resting". ANd its not only "adjusting" in public...my husband will sit in front of the computer and "hold" it. He'll just have his hands in his shorts and...well thats it. To be honest...If I had a set of balls and a penis...I wouldn't be able to keep my hands off it myself....there fun.

Things get out of place and uncomfortable and itch, specially if you wear boxer shorts. Add to that a hot chick walking by and schwing!
