I want to look tan all the time, instead of my sickly pale color.

no, the cells that create your skin are too deep to be tanned, and the tan you seek is only on the top 2 or 3 layers.
the only way to do it would to be in the sun all the time or get your body tattooed a light brown colour, which would be a painful way to do it.

Buy a tanning bed. There is no such thing as a "permanent tan" unless you are born with a darker skin tone.

get a good tan then die afterwaed!!! seriously, tanning damages the skin and can cause serious damage years later. be happy the way you are and stay healthy
