i hve been told alot of girls like meo guys and girls like punk guys but i want to find out if its true taht girls prefer emo over punk.

Labels are stupid. I don't like a guy because they are 'emo' or 'punk'.
Buut, if I had to stereotype the kind of guys I go for, I suppose it would be punk. More so the attitude and life style that comes with 'punk', not just the clothes. Clothes do not define a persons character completely.

I hate to be cliche, but it's personality that counts.
However, if you're going by taste in music- I detest emo music. It sucks. And as music is pretty important to me, that might be too big of a gap to bridge, meaning no "emos" for me. Punk, however, I love- as long as it isn't this crappy top forty stuff... So, based on music, punk. Also, if we're going by subcultures and the styles associated, I tend to be more attracted to a punk style.

I hate labels. But if I had to go for a generic stereotype, I'd defintiely go for the "punk" guy. "Punk" guys tend to think for themselves, HAVE BALLS, like better music, and aren't into boys. Which is good for me, as I'm female. but as for you, I'd say steer clear of labels and stereotypes, and be yourself, and like what you want to like. Don't concern yourself with "with other people like me if I like ______". :)

I prefer my men to be normal and not have to grasp at straws trying to get attention. Emo, punk, goth, whatever you want to call it, it's all very disgusting and really quite sad!!

haha what are you in grade school? who likes a guy that cuts himself when theres nothing in his life to complain about i hate emos and punks they are all posers the only way you cant be poser is if you are just yourself.

hmmm...ok..nicely while the completed moon comes it time for my granny panties =) while im donning denims i admire thongs cuz i hate panty lines shirts or dresses or while im only kickin it around the living house i am going w boy shorts....style is the foremost!
