If you do blow-dry your hair, do you blow-dry your hair upside down or standing up?

It really depends on the look I'm going for. In the summer I wash add a little moose and usually let it dry on its on at some point during the day. If I'm going for the straight wrap...professional look I blow dry and I blow dry right side up because a key to a wrap is flat at the top until you get the shape you want and then you just add a touch of volume in the back, but you dont want to much volume in the root.....

thats just they way I like it, but blow drying upside down is the key to a lot of great styles too...

I usually blow dry it upside down a little just so that it's not so wet and then leave it to dry naturally. I only blow dry it standing up when i'm doing it properly with a brush for formal occasions etc.

I blow dry my hair until it is just damp (I have pretty short hair-doesn't touch my shoulders). And then I take a blow-brush and do sections of my hair. My hair would get curly if I left it wet and that doesn't look great on short hair. And I already have thick hair (I have a bob like cut), so any extra volume would give me a fro, which would be awesome if this was the '70s. :-)

curiously, blow drying your hair too often motives your hair & scalp to unfastened 50% of its organic moisture. and that i be attentive to from own exprience, while your scalp looses its god oils and hydration, its compensates via generating greater undesirable oils. you'll be able to desire to get oily hair greater commonly. So what i might say is, if youre going to blow dry your hair, follow a go away-in conditioner on your hair to guard it. Message a solid quantity into your scalp. I blow dry my hair maximum days, yet consistently follow a protecter, and my hair is superb, no chop up ends or dried out hair. My hair dries rather seems slightly frizzier while It dries of course. My hair has a tendency to look straighter when I blow dry it, by way of fact it sits down with the warmth.

don't laugh....
i use the oven to dry my hair (no, i am not a witch!)
my hair is really long; almost to my butt...blow dry takes forever and never dries all the way ... drying naturally leaves it frizzy

i heat the oven, then crack the door and let the heat dry my hair
i scrunch it as it dries and it makes the nicest curls! Best part is...it takes less than 10 minutes to dry
if you have long hair, try it!

If I want tight curls, I let it air dry. If I want longer curls and waves, i blow dry upside-down.

My hair is passed my waist...it's takes way to long to blow dry it. I just let it dry on it's own.
