i was wondering what this blue liquid thingy was made of. its like usually put in cups or somtehing to decorate then they put fishes and such. its like thick and a little see though, but blue. and its not water because the little fish that they put in it do not sink into it. they put it in cups as decoration. maybe like bathroom cups or somthing.

I'm pretty sure that it is some sort of oil or a very dense liquid. I think that there are several in there because I have one which has funny bubble things in it now that it is a few years old. I think that maybe some if it is water, with a top layer of oily stuff to keep the little plastic creatures floating around on the top.
