It depends on which side of the states you're on. West coast has Dunkin Donuts, East coast has Krispy Kreme. Both are pretty good, but Krispy Kreme is lighter, & you don't get that sugar shock from the icing as bad. However, you can't beat a Dunkin Donut with a cup of hot coffee!

Krispy Kreme, without a doubt. Dunkin Donuts is good, if u have no other choice. Where i live, all there is is DD's, so i tend to get sick of it after a while. But KK, are do soft, delicious, and irrestistable, i can eat live 6, at a time. I actually heard of this place in New York called Doughnut Planet, and they are supposed to have the best doughnuts EVA!!! im going in a few weeks to ckeck it out

I would have to say Dunkin Donuts. Unfortunately Krispy Kreme doesn't have that many selections when it comes to any donut besides the glazed. Plus there glazed donuts get that hard thin glazed shell/coating over it and its a mission because it starts falling all over the place. Next thing you know, you now have ants all over the place. I would stick with Dunkin Donuts plus many Dunkin Donuts now a days also have TOGO's Sandwich shops inside as well as Baskin Robbins so that's a nice change.
