I don't want to sound like a commercial or anything but I find that Dove works really well, and it doesn't leave stains on my clothes which is a plus. They usually run for about $5 more or less. I hope you find a good one! :)

i don't really know about the best deodorant, but make sure that it doesn't contain aluminium and not an anti-perspirant one. i once read in mercola. com, that those might cause cancer. so better be careful. that's why i chose bath&bodyworks pink peony deodorant. but sebamed deodorants also free from those

Arrid XX for women or men. Choose the scent that suits you but it is stronger than any name brand out there I have found for women.

any deoderant you use wont help with the stink,hit the shower first and use a scrub while you at it..lol
