Stop, relax and give yourself time.....if after three months, have a complete checkup by your ob/gyn.

It depends on whether you are ovulating on your own or not. Some PCOS women do, most do not or do so infrequently or irregularly. If you are not ovulating then obviously you cannot get pregnant, and would need to take medication to get you to ovulate.

You can chart your basal body temperature to find out if you are ovulating. A good book is Take Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Wenscler if you would like to learn how to chart.

Just wait anywhere from three to six months. You don't always have to be on the drugs to conceive. If your body doesn't let you after that time then you should talk to the doc about it. Just give it sometime. Your body has to adjust back to having a period on its own again
