No he won't ever be as good. Does he score as easily and as much as Jordan? Yes, but that isn't what made Michael good. Michael could elevate the level of the game; he could make the competition more intense, and break down less intelligent and composed opponents. Michael could make his team mates better by forcing them to reach his level of playing. He was also less selfish and a natural leader. Kobe is a phenominal scorer, Jordan was a phenominal scorer, an excellent defender, and a better competitor.

As Cris said above, MJ had a an excellent side kick in Scottie Pippen (like KB has with Lamar Odom), but so far Kobe can't even make it to the playoffs, and Jordan won six championships. Yeah I know Kobe has been on a team that won some rings, but they weren't his team, they were Shaq's.

MJ is dominated games like no other guard in the league, Kobe has shown flashes of brilliance but not as often as Jordan. Jordan was also a cerbral player, kobe currently gets on by with his athleticism (but this might come with age). MJ won championship rings without the benefit of a dominant big man, he just had an ultra versatile side-kick (which I think Lamar Odom is being molded into). In terms of bench depth the Bulls had a lot of role players, much like Kobe's current Laker team. But despite of the similar circumstances, MJ has more to show...I'm going with Air Jordan over KB24 on this one

i comply with a assertion for your query. i suppose basketball is continually evolving so it is ridiculous to mention jordan is the finest considering that kobe discovered from jordan and further a few of his possess talent onto it, so he's the satisfactory for now. ultimately there will probably be any person greater than either one of them ( might be lebron, quickly as he will get a jumpshot). for argument's sake i could love to make this factor. while jordan began to be in his top, globalization was once going down, each person on the planet began realizing approximately basketball with the aid of media, web. and so forth. being the primary one on the time to be well was once a best situation for jordan's legend. plus while jordan was once gambling it was once the colossal guy's generation (simply appear what number of first-rate colossal guys have been gambling then in comparison to capturing guards) kobe is gambling in a preserve's generation in which just about each teamhas an attractive well capturing preserve. those are just a few matters to think about earlier than stating jordan to be the finest participant on the planet. there's no such factor because the finest ever! recover from it.

I think Kobe is good. Will he be better than MJ? Probably not. However, I like Kobe's basketball style. He makes everything look good.

Well, they are two different players so i cant say yes or no, but i think Kobe is better talentwise. If he wins 2 more championships i surely think he accomplished just as much as MJ

kobe in his own rght has accomplished much in his career and at such a young age. a perimeter player scoring 81 pionts is unheard of. KB24 still has a ways to go to be on the level of MJ23.
