one day my friend was playing mario and he missed a jump, and i said do the next jump for harry winkerbean. Is this a name I made up or is it from somewhere i am forgetting?

not a tv charecter but it is the name of the mythical god of super mario lost levels. It is said that Harry beat the game with out dying once. There is now a harry winkerbean academy.
