I am also 27 weeks. I had this raash about a month ago, and it is no fun. I suggest going to you r doctor and making sure it is not a bad rash. There are a few I read about on the net that scared me, but they were not it. My doc gave me a great cream to rub on it and also some pills that were for infection. You could have a uti, or yeist infection. But on your abdomine, it might be your lotion you use. I was using cocoa butter for streach marks and it caused me to break out. (looked like a heat rash) good luck and hope all goes well. THe cream I got is called.... Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream usp,0.5% It is in a half white half pink tube.

I had the same problem...I think the hormones made my skin more sensitive. This may sound funny, but I used diaper rash cream. I figured it was a safe thing to try, and a lot of people have told me that its good for rashes and dry skin in general, not just diaper rash. It worked really well...it was the only thing that gave me relief. After my daughter was born, the rash cleared up on its own in about a week and I haven't had that problem since.

Very, very, very common. I itched myself bloody when I was pregnant. Good news? When you hit about 7 months, it suddenly just goes away. Bad news? Nothing, and I mean nothing, that I tried helped even one little bit.
Make an appointment with a dermatologist, and they will probably give you something that may help a bit. Just make sure they know you are pregnant.
Good luck, don't scratch (I know easier said than done lol), and congratulations!

I would call your doctor. I have no clue what that is. But I think you need some medicine to clear it up.
