How to Dress up Like a Mime?

My sis wants to be a mime for halloween (LOL)!

Any ideas for how to dress up like a mime? Being only 8, her budget is well...limited.

Does she have a black and white striped shirt? Add some black pants and some white face paint. for her eyes just draw crosses. There's a link so you can check out the make up.

1. painted face in white, but draw a black outline, like a border on her face
2.draw either a diamond shape on her eyelids, kinda like how circles are drawn but not that big around, kinda thin but not too thick
3.red lips
4. black and white outfit, if she has a black and white striped fitted shirt that would work, a black hat like a beret, and white gloves
5. she has to act like a mime.... with silence and a lot of body movements to pretend like she is doing something...

Dress all in black. Maybe add a colorful vest, gloves, a flower on her lapel/vest.

Paint your face white, add a black line across each eye with eye liner - from the center of your eyebrow, down, just a little past the bottom of your eye (but not IN it, lol), red lipstick, and maybe a heart on one cheek.

Black turtleneck and pants with white face paint and black pencil to draw lines that are vertical just above and below your eyes and horizontal out to the sides. If you want, you can emphasize your lips with it too- just be carefully not to look too goth. Then just don't talk all night and pantomime to communicate.
