Wear some leggings, with a tutu or if you're gonna wear a frilly skirt, a long sleeved shirt over a spaghetti strapped, some cute gloves and a cute scarf with your wings.... hope that helps because I don't know how close you're gonna get without totally bundling up.

Top - layer a snug long sleeve thermal shirt, then a light colored long sleeve sweatshirt, then a really cute spaghetti strap top - sparkly is better.

Bottom - layer a pair of pantyhose, then a pair of tights, then warm leggings, top with a cute skirt or tutu.

A pair of boots with pompoms or some kind of cute decoration. thinking Rainbow Bright or similar.

Add a scarf and wings. A hat with antennas pinned to it would also keep you warm and look cute!

white, or neutral colored tights, and a matching, long-sleeved body suit (you can get them at ballet stores, I believe, if not Wal-Mart). Wear those things UNDER your fairy costume, and that should cut down on the chill some.

Put on some Cuddl Duds- they are amazingly thin and soo warm. wear a pink/pastel long-sleeved shirt and leggings. Over that you can put wings and a fairy-type skirt and whatever else.

Wearing leggings or tights or even fishnets will make your legs much warmer than if you don't wear anything. So if you're going to wear a skirt then you should definitely wear some panty hose too.

Green cashmere tights would be a great answer to your problem. The only trouble is, I don't think anybody makes them. (If you find someone who does, let me know, 'cause I'm going to want to buy myself some cashmere jammy bottoms from them.)
