Basically hold seperate conversations with 2 people? If I am talking to 2 different people will they see what each other write's?

Yes you can, I have talked to four people at once. It gets confusing but can be done and NO they can't see what the other writes or even know that you are talking to someone. Just be careful you don't write something for one that you meant for the other, I did that once and it took some explaining to get out of it.

yes, you can. just double click their names and separate windowswill pop up. you can talk to them at the same time on separate conversations. =)
