Rogue would definitely win, because it isn't a fair match. She has Marvel Girl's strength and flight, so she'd just sucker punch parasite's weak ***.

Actually their powers aren't exactly the same... Parasite pretty much draws energy and life force for strength and can be expended....where as Rouge can completely become you in the sense that not only does she take your powers she also takes your memories and can end your life if she chooses....and normally looks a lot better doing it....and you gotta love that accent....... Rouge Hands Down!!

Very tough question. Parasite can absorb power from a distance. He would have to work fast on Rogue though before she used her Ms Marvel powers to squash him like a bug

Y'know, I've always thought that Rogue and Crusher Creel, the Absorbent Man would make such a nice couple... they don't have to worry about draining each other to death... they could probably just go off together somewhere and get, um, intimate... the way they've always wanted to with someone, and couldn't until you had this brilliant brainstorm... they deserve some happiness... might as well have it together!!!
